Paul started coming to see Destiny as an experiment to see if Chiropractic care would help him. 4 years later he is still coming.
He feels that Chiropractic care is not just helping his mobility but feels that his whole sense of wellbeing: mind, body and soul is being provoked and improved.
In Paul’s words “This isn’t a 1 or 2 visit type therapy. It could take 10+. We spend years and years and years getting ourselves into a bad way. Not holding our posture correctly, doing all sorts of things in our working day, our physical activities that create damage etc. Some of us think that that can be repaired over night. It can take a long time to put right the wrongs of many years but I would highly recommend giving it a go.
